Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to join our team. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and providing administrative support to the finance department. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Reconcile financial statements and bank statements
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers and journals
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Provide general administrative support to the finance department

**Skills**:

- Strong clerical and office skills
- Proficient in typing and data entry
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to proofread documents for accuracy
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette
- Proficient in using Sage software
- Strong customer support skills
