**The Opportunity**

**Ancora Waterfront Dining & Patio’s **cuisine manifesto is hinged on sustainable seafood, while sourcing local and international ingredients, and draws inspiration from its Pacific Northwest surroundings. Understanding the city's dining evolution has inspired Ancora to create a menu that accommodates all of its diners' culinary desires, combining flavours and techniques which embrace several diverse cultures in a modern, yet approachable setting.

**Ancora Ambleside **is seeking passionate, open-minded chefs who want to broaden their vision in this exciting fusion cuisine.

**What You’ll Do**
- Learn every station and work as a team.
- Ensure consistent food preparation and presentation to the highest caliber.
- Govern safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen.
- Partake in menu planning with the management team.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What You Need**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar environment.
- Team-player attitude; honest, supportive, reliable and responsible.
- Have strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in an organized manner.
- Able to work fast-paced and stay calm under pressure.
- Availability to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 per year
