You have a positive attitude, work hard, like being around people, and would like to join a start-up food operation in the fast growing healthy-casual sector. You have the patience, empathy and skills necessary to work with a young staff, some of whom may be in their own first job.

Work Experience: You've been cutting your teeth at a restaurant or cafe as a Manager or Assistant Manager or Store Manager. Managerial experience would be helpful but not critical.
