**Overview**:
Our client, a beautiful Cafe in **Iqaluit**, **Nunavut** is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cafe Manager to join their team. As the Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. If you have a passion for the food industry, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in restaurant management, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of the cafe's operations, including staffing, inventory management, and financial performance
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with company standards
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to food safety protocols
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate supplies
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized cafxe9 environment at all times

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is a strong asset; however, our client is willing to train the right individual
- Strong knowledge of food service operations, including cooking techniques, food safety regulations, and inventory management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience for guests
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Desire to live and work in, and support an Indigenous community
