**Objectives**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide accounting, general administration and clerical support
- Provide backup for answering incoming phone calls and assisting walk in customers as required - experience with customer service required
- Enter and maintain precise and accurate records of payables and receivables
- Enter key data of financial transactions into QuickBooks Desktop software
- Reconcile any irregularities in financial transactions
- Work collaboratively with other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances
- Check payroll timecards for accuracy and adjust as required
- Assist the Office Manager with the completion of Bi-weekly payroll
- Generate and deliver reports to different departments as needed
- Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments
- Other finance and administrative duties as required.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- 2 plus years of general administration, accounting and finance experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work without direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time.
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills are essential.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excels at operating in a fast paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
