**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement on Facebook, Etsy, and Instagram.
2. Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across these platforms to drive targeted traffic, conversions, and revenue.
3. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audience preferences on Facebook, Etsy, and Instagram.
4. Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
5. Generate compelling content (text, images, videos) that aligns with the brand's voice and resonates with the target audience, adapting it to the specific requirements of each platform.
6. Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as design, product development, and customer support) to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless user experiences.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices related to Facebook, Etsy, and Instagram marketing.
9. Conduct A/B testing and implement iterative improvements to campaigns, landing pages, and other digital marketing assets.

**Qualifications**:
