We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.

**What You Can Expect Day-to-Day**:
While every day is different, the following are the core responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and business objectives
- Conduct A/B testing of marketing campaigns and analyze results to improve campaign performance
- Manage digital marketing assets, including images, videos, and other content, ensuring they are properly tagged and organized for easy retrieval
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization and improvement
- Assist in the management of our social media channels, including creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience with social media marketing, PPC, SEO, and display advertising
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic graphic design skills preferred
- Experience with A/B testing and asset management preferred
- Able to take direction and receive candid feedback
- Ability to come to studio In North York once a week

Preferred requirements:

- Excellent creative writing/copywriting skills
- Experience with Adobe suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premier Pro)
- Experience with Hubspot
- Video editing capabilities
- Solid researching and implementing capabilities

**Who We Are**:
**Working Conditions**:
This is a Full-Time permanent position. You must be legally eligible to **work in Canada and be able to travel to the U.S**. Workdays are Monday to Friday, mostly working from home, with a visit to our studio once a week. Flexible work week of approximately 35 hours. You may be required to travel a few weeks a year to attend trade shows or visit clients (5%.). A valid full driver's license is required.

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
