We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our administrative and operational efforts.
**Role Summary**:
As the Dental Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our practice, ensuring efficient administrative processes, financial management, and superior patient care. You will lead an excellent and robust team of dedicated professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee patient scheduling, billing, and insurance claims processing to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain patient privacy.
- Manage inventory and negotiate with vendors to secure quality supplies and services.
- Implement strategies for practice growth, patient retention, and service improvement.
- Oversee and manage branding, marketing, and online and promotional activities
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Dental Office Manager or similar administrative leadership role in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of dental office procedures and terminology.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including privacy laws and occupational safety.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred. PLEASE NOTE: Management experience in lieu of a formal degree will be a totally acceptable parameter
