As an Automotive Paint Technical Advisor, you will be an essential link between our customers, our partner stores and our team of sales representatives. You will play a key role in the training, technical support and installation of our products to ensure everyone's satisfaction and success.
**Your main responsibilities**:
- Provide technical training to stores on the use of automotive paint products and related equipment.
- Prepare and plan technical product demonstrations in collaboration with sales representatives.
- Organize and plan paint system installations at customer sites, while ensuring quality after-sales service.
- Work closely with manufacturers to ensure alignment of products and solutions with customer needs.
- Provide technical support for physical paint systems, such as scales, computers and printers, in the event of problems (as required).
- Guarantee the quality of customer installations and training, ensuring full compliance with industry standards and that installations are carried out in the best possible conditions.
- Ensure the involvement of stores during installations, providing guidance and ongoing support to ensure smooth processes.
- Redirect calls concerning technical problems, equipment or color adjustments to the appropriate manufacturing technicians.
- Develop stores' paint product skills, training them to sell the right products to customers, based on specific needs.
- When signing contracts or requesting systems, visit the customer's premises to assess the equipment required for installation, to ensure that CRM information is accurate and complete.
- Participate in regular events and training courses to keep up to date with industry developments, so as to always provide customers with state-of-the-art technical service.
- Manage manufacturer training and ensure that team skills are kept up to date with product and technology developments.
- Train stores in the proper management and updating of online customer accounts, including adjusting prices, access and creating or updating information.

- Possesses excellent knowledge of the automotive paint industry and a thorough understanding of products, materials and market trends.
- Has a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as an automotive painter/bodybuilder.
- Proficient in technological tools, including Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Excels in personalized customer service and customer experience.
- Builds and maintains strong business relationships while developing new opportunities.
- Proactively achieves performance and quality objectives.
- Demonstrates ability to influence and mobilize people while ensuring effective collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
