**About the role**

We are looking for five (5) intermediate and junior IT Technical Advisor for our growing Technical team at Partner Solutions (PSI)

**What you'll accomplish with us**:
Support for our users (employees, brokers and other IT teams) at the level of both software and hardware components and act as a technical advisor.
- Take in tickets to solve the users’ technological problems related to the IT environment.
- Provide support to our users for activities related to O365, EndPoint and other cloud services.
- Follow up on tickets in the ticketing tool with the various support teams as well as external suppliers.
- Offer technical consultant services: analyze needs, work tools and sources of references.
- Implement new processes and tools necessary for the integrity and smooth running of technological activities.
- Actively participate in making processes more efficient and automating daily tasks in order to be more agile and robust in our updates on the various tools and services offered to our clients.
- Write technical documentation and ensure it is kept up to date.

**Strengths & Preferences**:

- College degree in Information Technology/Networking or any combination of training and equivalent experience;
- Very good Microsoft Intune knowledge;
- Very good knowledge of O365;
- Experience with Active Directory;
- Good knowledge of Windows;
- Server environment knowledge;

**Requirements**:

- Aptitude for user support and customer service skills, ability to manage customer expectations;
- Comfortable working in an ever-changing technological environment;
- Available to work evenings and weekends (occasional and when necessary) to update different environments and support projects;
- On call
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
