Yorkdale Volkswagen is looking for a **New Vehicles Sales & Leasing Consultant to join their energetic and growing sales team.**
We are looking for top performers who are self-motivated, results driven, and able to demonstrate the highest level of customer service.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Establish relationships with clients.
- Ask clients qualifying questions to determine their needs and provide vehicle options accordingly.
- Meet and exceed unit sales targets for new cars and related products and services.
- Assume full responsibility for the entire sales process, including: getting to know the client; accommodating the client’s product preference via a presentation and demonstration; finding the right vehicle for the client via product supply resources; determining the best trade-in value via a fair and equitable process; satisfying the client’s purchasing needs via a seamless sales process; preparing the client for ownership by ensuring a smooth and thorough delivery that accommodates all of the client’s expectations; and establishing a sustained consultative relationship with each client.
- Follow up with undecided clients and prospects, utilizing various methods of communication, from follow-up phone calls to letters or customized brochures highlighting the features of interest.
- Develop new business and leads to increase client base through focused personal marketing efforts that may include, but are not limited to, direct mail, networking affiliations, social media, and telemarketing. Follow up on all leads generated by Volkswagen, the website, walk-ins, off-lease reports, prospect reports, the call centre, referrals, and aftersales.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:
- Valid Canadian Driver’s License in good standing
- Valid OMVIC License or ready to get one
- Process oriented
- Previous Automotive Sales experience is an asset
- Ambitious and driven to learn and grow your professional skillset
- Possess a can-do attitude and ability to adapt to a changing work environment
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed in a lucrative career
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Resourceful, well organized, dependable and detail oriented
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
