**Maintenance Coordinator - Trucking Company**

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair activities for the fleet of trucks.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
- Monitor the performance of the fleet and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with drivers regarding maintenance related issues.
- Update our internal system on repairs and outcomes.
- Coordinate with dispatch to ensure they know the fleet availability.

**Requirements**:

- **AZ License is REQUIRED, ability to drive manual is an asset but not required.**:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Coordinator or similar role in the trucking industry.
- Knowledge of truck maintenance and repair procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic Excel knowledge is required.
- English is required.
- Punjabi or other languages is an asset.

**Salary**: $43,294.17-$66,713.14 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L4Z 2J1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
