We are currently seeking to add a full-time Recruitment Coordinator to join our team This role can be performed remotely.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Craft compelling job advertisements to attract top tier talent.
- Oversee the creation and coordination of offer letters, drug and alcohol testing, orientation set up, and new hire packages.
- Implement backup sourcing strategies for hard to fill roles and to boost our fill time.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of the full end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Formal education in Human Resources.
- Previous experience utilizing an HRIS system would be considered an asset.
- Proven ability to multi-task and the resiliency to adjust to shifting priorities in order to manage multiple job openings across multiple provinces.
