**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing and drafting documents, including agreements, resolutions, registers, and corporate filings
- Conduct research and gather relevant information
- Maintain and organize files and documents
- Prepare and file corporate documents
- Assist in the preparation of board meetings and other corporate events
- Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Conduct interviews with clients, and other parties involved in files
- Perform data entry tasks to update management systems

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
- Proven experience as a Corporate Paralegal or similar role
- Strong knowledge of legal drafting techniques and terminology
- Proficiency in using iManage or similar document management software
- Excellent clerical skills, including typing, filing, and record keeping
- Attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in legal documents
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational skills to maintain accurate records and files
- Ability to write clear and concise reports and summaries based on research findings

**Salary**: $52,560.56-$61,576.23 per year
