**General Description of Position**

**Description of Job Responsibilities**
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude and help to maintain workplace security by controlling office visitors
- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and assisting in supervising staff.
- Accounting responsibilities to include preparing and monitoring payments; preparing monthly aircraft lease invoices; recording/reconciling flight hours; addressing customer invoice and payment inquiries; and sorting and filing of all accounting and aircraft documentation.
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and monitoring clerical functions.
- Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
- Maintains office staff by helping with recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Other Duties as Assigned**

**Other duties could include working in areas of the company to provide support during absences or shortage of staff in other areas**

**Technical knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Prior experience as an office Manager, accounting administrator or in a related field.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and general accounting required with preference being given to an individual with formal accounting training
- Formal accounting education considered an asset
- Consistent, professional dress and manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.

**Salary**: $15.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
