**Parts and Service Coordinator**
- PTI Transformers LP is a leading innovator of transformer technology with expertise in design, manufacture, delivery, and servicing of medium and large power transformers using innovative, sustainable, and custom-built solutions that bring value and quality to our customers._

**Role**:To support the Parts and Service Department in daily activities, by helping field team to maintain schedules, monitoring service work and tracking inbound and outbound materials. The Parts and Service Coordinator reports to the Parts and Service Supervisor and routinely interacts with other departments and customers.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Follow through with parts orders by ensure parts orders continue to flow smoothly throughout the plant, getting updates on delivery to the plant, providing updates on deliveries to the customer
- Follow up on warranty and NCR parts
- Create of sales orders and project numbers
- Create of demand in SAP for parts and equipment that the Field Service Technicians require
- Scan and file drawings
- Assist with the follow through on questions/concerns and project information required from other in-house departments
- Maintain accurate records/logs of all open order & warranty status
- Work closely with the parts and service Supervisor to ensure all orders and demands are processed correctly and in a timely manner
- Prepare technical reports for Field Service
- Perform other such tasks as needed and as requested
- Comply with applicable state/provincial/territory Environmental, Health and Safety regulations
- Take reasonable care to protect oneself and others who may be affected by their actions or omissions
- Use all devices, clothing and personal protective equipment designated by PTI and by the regulations
- Cooperate with the workplace safety and health committee or representative
- Cooperate with other persons regarding workplace safety and health matters
- Perform according to company’s certified ISO standards

**Job Requirements**:

- Education:

- Technical Technologist Diploma
- Project Management would be an asset
- Minimum 2-year experience in manufacturing industry
- Minimum 2-year experience in a Project Coordinator role
- Proficiency in MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- SAP experience would be an asset
- Knowledge in AutoCAD would be an asset
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Excellent organization, time management skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing, and work in a team environment
- Ability to take initiative and perform multiple tasks
- Customer service skills, empathetic and clear communication
- Ability to read, understand and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, specifications, and bill of material including terms and abbreviations as required to complete work assignments
