Whether that is our customers that we work hard for every day, or our employees that make what we do possible, people are at the center of everything we do. As part of our recent growth, we are looking to expand our dynamic team, and we are looking for someone with a particular set of skills.

The Shop Laborer is responsible for the daily maintenance and cleanup of the Shop. This role is also responsible for all wrapping of shop made products. The Shop Laborer will work in a fast-paced but casual environment and play a supporting role in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling all materials carefully in order to mitigate damage while adhering to safe job practices and procedures.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Wrapping locally built products
- Material Storage and organization
- General maintenance
- Sweeping
- Garbage removal
- Assist other departments as required
- Attend monthly Safety Meetings
- Attend daily morning toolbox

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Communicates clearly and effectively
- Good organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to work well with numbers
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand on feet for 8 hours
- Knowledge of forklift and pallet jack operation
- Driving, twisting, bending, overhead lifting, pushing, pulling
