**Job Summary**:
Performing a variety of clerical and administrative processes in support of the Terminal operation.

**Job Duties**:

- Perform clerical/administrative assignments in accordance with established procedures and under general instruction.
- Print, scan and update documents in accordance to established office practices. Create and file documents relating to the operation of the facility.
- Respond to customer communications in an accurate and timely manner, investigate, and resolve customer complaints.
- Create, review, and maintain various reports and ensure proper company functions.
- Contact the client for missing documents/information necessary to prepare the job file for Customs clearance.
- Prepare and verify documentation relating to export shipments.
- Coordinate domestic shipments of customer orders and customs documentation.
- Process documents through the Company’s system, and obtain Customs releases,
- Adhere to all domestic and international shipping regulations.
- Provide excellent and timely customer service,
- Other duties as assigned.

**Competencies / Requirements**:

- Completion of secondary school.
- Attention to detail required.
- Fluency in both official languages.
- Clerical or Customer Service experience preferred.

**Working Conditions**:

- Works within the Terminal office and dock area.
- Day shift. Start time varies.

Tâches du poste:

- Effectuer des tâches de bureau/administratives conformément aux procédures établies et selon les instructions générales.
- Imprimer, numériser et mettre à jour des documents conformément aux pratiques de bureau établies. Créer et classer les documents relatifs au fonctionnement de l'installation.
- Répondre aux communications des clients de manière précise et opportune, enquêter et résoudre les plaintes des clients.
- Créer, réviser et tenir à jour divers rapports et assurer le bon fonctionnement de l'entreprise.
- Contacter le client pour les documents/informations manquants nécessaires à la préparation du dossier de travail pour le dédouanement.
- Préparer et vérifier la documentation relative aux expéditions à l'exportation.
- Coordonner les expéditions nationales des commandes des clients et des documents douaniers.
- Traiter les documents via le système de la Société et obtenir les autorisations douanières,
- Respectez toutes les réglementations d'expédition nationales et internationales.
- Fournir un service client excellent et rapide,
- Autres tâches assignées.

Compétences / Exigences:

- Diplôme d'études secondaires.
- Souci du détail requis.
- Maîtrise des deux langues officielles.
- Expérience de bureau ou de service à la clientèle préférée.

Les conditions de travail:

- Travaille dans le bureau du terminal et dans la zone des quais.
- Quart de jour. L'heure de début varie.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

**Education**:
