**Responsibilities**:
This position supports the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions by completing the following:

- Answer questions or concerns relating to collection issues, account issues, discrepancies, payments, etc.
- Work with customers to investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Resolve issues with strong problem-solving methodology
- Enter vendor invoices into the dealer business system
- Reconcile vendor statements and accurately maintain vendor records
- Organize, maintain, and co-ordinate office records and files
- Complete various reconciliations and analysis to support the finance function
- Assist accounting team with daily banking and cash management.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**
- Degree or Diploma in an Accounting/Finance discipline preferred
- Strong people and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Self-starter with the ability to perform duties independently and able to work in a team environment
- Able to meet deadlines, work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Excellent communication skills with the ability for marketing service initiatives and promotions
