We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Calgary Account Manager to join our sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle complex client requests, and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities. As a key player in building customer relationships, you will deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs while driving revenue growth for Sirius Controls.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on expanding the client portfolio.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Present and demonstrate the full range of Sirius Controls products and services to clients, highlighting the benefits and competitive advantages.
- Manage the entire sales process with customers, from initial contact to post-sale support, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Regularly report on sales performance and client feedback to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Sirius Controls.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong understanding of sales processes and client relationship management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
- Willingness to travel as required
- Some inside sales experience, ideally in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and CRM systems.
