**How you will contribute**:

- Building sales & supporting the GARDENWORKS brand by engaging with our guests over common interests in home décor & gardening
- Sharing product knowledge, new arrivals, and current trends to inspire our guests
- Working with the store merchandiser creating inspiring displays, managing product placement that is reflective of trend and supports brand messaging
- Receiving of all incoming product shipments, recording damaged items, shortages, and corresponding with buyer/vendor to rectify damages and shortages
- We look to you to bolster a positive & fun work environment where our team can be proud of their work and are recognized for their contribution

**Is this you?**
- A passion for retail - you will be the role model for a truly outstanding & memorable guest experience
- 2+ years of retail sales experience - in gift and home décor would be a bonus
- A creative ability to visually showcase plants and products together to inspire our guests in their own spaces
- Proven ability to drive results in a selling role, exceeding individual, and store goals
- A positive attitude, you love working & collaborating within a team environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends, and holidays as seasonal peaks require, including store opening and closing responsibilities

**Job type: Full time 32-40 hours per week**
**Salary: $21.00 - 23.00/hr**
