As the Specialist on the Licensing team, you will be responsible for processing and renewing vehicle registrations as well as responding to incoming inquiries & requests including billing related tasks relevant to the Licensing team.
A Day in the Life- Complete Licensing projects - Lease Assignments & Assumptions, Name Changes, Sale Lease Back, Amalgamations, Provincial Registration Number Creation, Joint Ventures- Ensure deliverables are completed to satisfy the monthly requirements within benchmarks- Process billing for all Licensing related tasks- Ensure all billing is received and processed prior to billing cutoff for month- Timely reconciliation of assigned Credit Card account- Execute incoming Service Cloud requests, ensuring accurate, detailed and on-time responses- Serve as Licensing Subject Matter Expert, assisting Commercial team as needed- Serve as point of contact to communicate and resolve issues with other teams- Assist team to complete daily tasks during seasonal highs & vacation periods- Identify opportunities for process improvements
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required- Comprehensive understanding of Canadian Licensing regulations and requirements is an asset- Bilingual preferred but not required- Fleet industry experience is an asset- 2 - 3 years Customer Service experience preferred- Proficient in in MS office suite- Able to build good working relationships with team members, collaboration skills- Strong focus on driving results
The hiring base salary range for this position is $54,400 - $74,800 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
