**Real Estate Marketing Coordinator**
Two forward thinking realtors seeking an ambitious, creative and organized individual to assist in taking our business to the next level through collaboration and marketing/social growth. This position will offer unlimited growth potential and bonuses - **_Our success is your success_**
**Responsibilities**: Assist in day-to-day real estate marketing, social media management, and administrative activities as needs arise.
**Qualifications**:
**_Social Media_**
- Manage and monitor social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.)
- Weekly uploads of social media post and stories
- Conceptualize and create content that aligns with our branding and current trends (brainstorm ideas based on seasons or current events, promotions, etc.)
- Keep up with what is trending on social media
- Community management; engage with followers, comment on posts, etc.
- Content calendar management
- Gather, report and analyze social media metrics and results (provide insights and ideas for improvement)
- Work with social media tools, ie. Hootsuite, Google Analytics
- Manage Facebook Business Manager and keep Facebook and Instagram accounts active and adhere to budgets set
- Increase web traffic and client engagement while remaining on brand
- Coordinate and support social media content shoots
**_Marketing_**
- Prepare presentation material for clients
- Prepare all marketing books, brochures, literature
- Ensure all marketing initiatives capture the right tone, visuals and messaging that fit our brand
- Assist with promotions, giveaways and photoshoots
- Provide assistance with website (images, content, marketing banners, landing pages, etc.)
- Use prepared written content, resize images and send newsletters
**_Administrative_**
- Manage CRM
- Run reports to enhance website and newsletter content
- Assist with client mail outs and gifts
**_We are looking for someone who_**
- Is a creative strategist who is known for their ideas and forward vision
- Has demonstrated knowledge of Social Media trends and creating high-quality compelling content that is accurate and interesting
- Keeps current with emerging social media, marketing and technology trends
- Can effectively develop and manage a content calendar in a social media scheduling platform
- Has knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop or Illustrator, and Canva
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and thorough
- Is self-motivated and a team player
- Has a positive and optimistic attitude
- All hands on deck - there are a number of responsibilities that can’t possibly be listed on a job posting but we’re looking for a team player willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done
**_Qualifications_**
- Educational background in Communications and Marketing
- Past experience in Real estate an asset
- Previous work experience in Marketing/Social Media Management
- Proficient in advanced MS Office, Video Editing, Adobe Suites, and Canva
- Strong written communication, proof reading, and editing skills
- Advanced knowledge of Social Media platforms (including paid advertising) - Facebook,
LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- Experience with photography and videography considered an asset (marketing, not listing photography)
- Must possess superior organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Strong sense of urgency and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ontario Driver's license and access to vehicle is a must
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $35,000 - $45,000
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus Program
Location: Hybrid role with work at our Oakville office and work from home. Occasional offsite work.
