We are looking for a dynamic HR Professional to join our team who will play a critical role in maintaining our standards and ensuring our operations align with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Policy Enforcement**: Understand and enforce company policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions in alignment with organizational goals and values.
- **Payroll Administration**: Administer and manage payroll through ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- **Compliance Consultation**: Familiarize with and consult on Ministry requirements from the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) and Child, Youth and Family Services Act (CYFSA), ensuring all practices are up-to-date and compliant.
- **Employee Training & Development**: Coordinate and implement training programs for new hires and existing employees, ensuring continuous professional development and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- **Performance Management**: Support the development and execution of performance management systems, including employee evaluations and improvement plans.
- **Employee Relations**: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and resolving any conflicts or issues that arise.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and documentation to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, CHRL) is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and other HRIS systems.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements, including MCCSS and CYFSA.
- Understanding of, or willingness to learn, requirements set out by regulatory bodies such as, but not limited to, CPBAO, OCSWSSW, etc. as they relate to the Company's practices and procedures.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
