Line Cook Responsibilities:
Memorizing recipes, policies, procedures, and standard portion sizes

Preparing ingredients and components of each recipe on the restaurant’s menu

Maintaining freshness of product and rotating old product out

Working with a team of cooks to handle varying levels of activity

Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace at all times to avoid contamination

Being aware of and following all kitchen health and safety regulations and guidelines.

Professional and responsible conduct

Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Teamwork skills

Good verbal communication skills

Organizational skills

/Part time

Pay: $16.00 per hour plus tip

Casual dress, hat and/or hair up

Flexible Language Requirement:
French not required

Schedule:
6-8 hour shift

Day shift, 10-6pm/11-7pm

Afternoon/evening shift

Weekends as needed

**Experience**:
Restauration: 1-2 years (required)

Nous recherchons donc des personnes partageant les mêmes idées pour rejoindre notre équipe Responsabilités du cuisinier à la chaîne : Mémoriser les recettes, les politiques, les procédures et les portions standard Préparer les ingrédients et les composants de chaque recette du menu du restaurant Maintenir la fraîcheur du produit et éliminer les anciens produits Travailler avec une équipe de cuisiniers pour gérer différents niveaux d'activité Maintenir un espace de travail propre, hygiénique et sûr à tout moment pour éviter la contamination Connaître et respecter toutes les règles et directives en matière de santé et de sécurité en cuisine. Conduite professionnelle et responsable À l’aise dans des environnements au rythme rapide et à haute pression Compétences de travail d'équipe Bonnes compétences en communication verbale Compétences organisationnelles

Salaire : 16,00 $ de l'heure plus le pourboire
