vendor**DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW** : The Bookkeeper reporting to Senior Accountant is responsible for ensuring the accurate posting of all Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger transactions and reconciliations for Graniteworx. An accurate and timely trial balance and any regular or special analysis of the accounting records.
**JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Prepare monthly reports for Senior Accountant to review
- Accounts Payable, including regular reconciliation of vendor statements.
- Match PO and vendor invoices inventory receipts (3 way matching)
- Complete full cycle of weekly employee payroll
- Process credit card transactions, cash receipts & consolidations
- Accounts receivable, timely collection and maintenance of cash flow is a priority

Post-sales transactions and payments
- Invenorty management
- Provide backup assistance to senior accountant and H.R. Administration when required.
- **Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Experience with payroll processing
- Familiarity with accounting software, particularly QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable
- Skills in account reconciliation and bank reconciliation
- Ability to perform account analysis and budgeting tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
