We are seeking a professional individual and/or Law Student with a **minimum 1 year experience working in a Law Firm, Law-based degree, or related field**. You are outgoing, friendly, professional, organized, able to multi-task with little supervision and take pride in your work.

Responsibilities include:

- Manage clients, vendors, and other employees.
- Open files as request (physically & on law firm billing software) as requested, scanning/saving, etc.
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, storing copies of all company documents properly filed on the appropriate server file(s).
- Draft, review, & revise legal correspondence based on precedent and direction from firm senior partners.
- Manage all Reception, Mailing and Clerking requirements including data entry, overseeing all. Tracking and inputting all internal mailing expenses into PC Law. Keeping accurate courier listing and sending to Accounting Department each Monday.
- Create and review all AR and submit for approval within 4 business days of job completion, ensuring paperwork is received in a timely fashion. Oversee technician reports for missing information. Identify to manager any inconsistencies/trends that require correction utilizing a variety of ways from the simple to the more complex based solely on whether the problem is being corrected.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing for all employee requirements.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems, copier totals recorded to files weekly by Tuesday each week and clearing copier counters appropriately.
- Maintain office inventory levels to ensure a high degree of efficiency and mínimal downtime.
- Coordinate and maintain office records & paperwork for staff, organize office space, phones.
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences as required. Schedule calendars populating business related items as required ensuring excellent customer service, internal meetings, etc.
- Track and report required items to Accounting Department for ordering.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Support all staff in research, document creation, best possible solutions (where known). Present in an organized structure format easy to understand to gain the most efficiency for those required to know the findings.
- Being a strong, organized and effective team-player, setting and maintaining an example of professionalism, reliability and quality at all times, all while maintaining personal and company integrity.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience working within a Law Firm environment, actively seeking a legal degree, or similar capacity.**
- Degree, Diploma, Certification in the legal profession preferred. Previous work experience considered
- PC Law experience preferred, accounting general principals a MUST
- MS Office experience and training mandatory
- Highly organized and professional at all times
