**Responsibilities/Accountabilities**:

- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary research team to develop research hypotheses, design data collection strategies, and interpret study results.
- Conduct machine learning and statistical analyses of large marketing datasets (e.g., social media data) to analyze and predict customer reviews and engagement to social media campaigns and other marketing strategies.
- Coordinate research meetings and mentor graduate students.
- Engage in knowledge translation activities.
- Write academic papers and present for peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of grant proposals.

**Required Education**:

- **
**Ph.D. or equivalent in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Management Science, or a related field with a quantitative focus.

**Required Experience**:

- **
**Demonstrated outstanding research background in Data Analytics or other related fields.
- Familiarity with Advertising research.
- Proficiency in using Machine Learning techniques.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python or R).
- Ability to independently pursue work and collaborate with others to analyze complex issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in manuscript preparation, publications, and grant proposals.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible, and team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
