**What we are looking for**:
Sushi chef experience is REQUIRED. Able to work both FOH and BOH. Part time hours. Proficient communication in English.
**About us**
RAW- Japanese Hand Roll Bar is a locally owned small business that opened this past March. We have curated an amazing team that works collaboratively to achieve our common goal of providing a unique and fun dining experience for our patrons through contemporary Japanese cuisine. We value a positive and healthy work environment as we know how impactful this is for our staff and daily operations.
**Sushi Chef Duties**
- Serving customers bar style (FOH)
- Assisting with kitchen/BOH duties
- Ensures proper food handling and storage
- Familiar with Japanese cuisine
- Experience with sushi and fish cutting preferred but not required
- Prep work (ie: cutting fish, vegetables, preparing sauces, etc.)
- Ensures FOH bar area is clean and tidy
- Interacting with patrons
