**We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is honest, hard-working and is **_**Serious about Fun**_** **Under the direction and supervision of the Management Team, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the delivery of customer service to our guests by completing registrations for programs and memberships, answering inquiries about the facility schedules and programming, and payment processing while at our facility.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Model behaviour as outlined in Organization’s 7 Unifying Principles:

- Provide excellent customer service in person and by phone
- Cash handling duties including accurately balancing cash at the end of your shift
- Selling passes, registrations, and memberships
- Possess a passion for recreation and accurately assist in communicating program details to our community
- Some janitorial duties
- Assist with administrative tasks
- This position is scheduled for daytime, evenings, and or weekends
- Perform all other related duties as required

**The following knowledge would be an asset**:

- General customer service etiquette
- Modern office practices, procedures, and equipment, including Microsoft Office
- Cash management
- Standard First Aid with CPR C/AED

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $15.65 per hour
