Panago Pizza is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Customer Contact Center team as Customer Service Representatives at 33149 Mill Lake Rd., Abbotsford.

All you need is a great attitude and a little free time

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**We are open 7-days a week**

**Sunday to Thursday 10 AM - 12 AM, and Friday and Saturday 10 AM - 1 AM**

**Minimum Availability requirements**:
2. Must include a minimum of 2 dinner shifts (5 hours between 3 PM and 9 PM) in addition to:

- Friday minimum of 5 hours between 3 PM and 9 PM
- Saturday OR Sunday, minimum of 5 hours between 3 PM and 9 PM

Scheduling after training completion is based on the needs of the business and the availability provided. The more availability provided, the more likely it is to be scheduled.

**Who should apply?**

You have previous experience and are passionate about working with people and providing an exceptional customer experience.

You can provide 25 hours of availability and be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.

**If selected, attendance to ALL training is mandatory.**

**Training Dates**
**Week 1: On-site in the CCC**

Monday, June 12 through Thursday, June 15, 2023: 4:00 - 9:00 pm

**Buddy Training**:
Friday, June 16: 4:00 - 9:00 pm

**Week 2: On the Job Training**

Sunday, June 18 through Tuesday, June 20: 4:00 - 8:00 pm

Thursday, June 22 and Friday, June 23: 4:00 - 8:00 pm
