**What You Get To Do**:

- Ensure that all construction work is executed in accordance with contractual requirements and quality standards, including safe and efficient execution in accordance with ATCO policies and procedures.
- Meet client and internal stakeholder requirements for projects and installations.
- Manage sub-contractors, ensure that work is being completed safely, as per specifications, costs agreed to and project timeline.
- Coordinate with vendors that material is ordered and received in a timely manner as per project timeline.
- Manage financial expectations set out at the start of the year for repairs and maintenance.
- Work with logistics companies, project teams & Fleet Manager understanding timelines, updating, and maintaining fleet assets and yard map.
- Keep yard clean and organized for quick deployment as well as maintain yard security cameras and report any violations should they arise.
- Guarantee modules, equipment & complex material are packaged properly for deployment or when received back from a project.

**Who You Are**:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in a construction environment including mechanical and electrical systems.
- Must be safety-oriented, and a good team player with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities, work well in a changing environment, and possess a sense of urgency.
- Possess discipline towards meeting deadlines and strong personal time management
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, and create solutions
- Solid interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Able to carry out moderate to heavy lifting duties and operate equipment such as skid steer, loader & forklift.
- Knowledge of MS Office suite
