DBK is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable individual with a passion for people and the beauty industry. All while creating an unforgettable experience for each and every guest.

At DBK, the client experience is one of the most important things. The front desk is the first and the last interaction the guest will have during their visit.

The Salon Coordinator will have a variety of front desk responsibilities including but not limited to answering inquiries, setting appointments, etc. As well as on the Floor Responsibilities, ensuring customer satisfaction. To support and Grow the salon business, while working alongside the stylists and Management.

**Responsibilities**
- Open and close the salon
- Provide guidance to new and existing clients on procedures and salon etiquette
- Booking appointments for services in person, online and by phone
- Process payments; ensure the cash register is balanced
- Educate clients on products
- Maintaining client relations

**Qualifications**:
Must be Enthusiastic and Passionate for the industry

Professional and eager to learn

Friendly and display great customer service

Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with Milano Systems is an asset but not mandatory

Open availabilities - Days, Evenings and Saturdays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
