Job Title: Hairdressing Salon Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hairdressing Salon Supervisor to join our team at Mosaic Hair Group.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hair salon, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Coordinate: Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure smooth operation of the salon.
  • Supervise and Train: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Client Focus: Assist clients/guests with special needs and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, and ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Reporting and Requisition: Prepare and submit progress and other reports, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Emergency Situations: Be the point of contact to handle emergency situations and ensure a smooth operation of the salon.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Work Setting: Barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio.
  • Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player.
