**Job Overview / Summary**

This position is responsible for supporting service activities and processes. Activities will include failure/complaint documentation, return authorization preparation, tracking of customer property, documentation of service items, and authoring service reports. Data entry activities, as well as assisting with transitioning to paperless systems will also be involved. Other tasks relating to departmental operations may be assigned on an as-needed basis.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Data entry
- Product Issue Tracking (PIT) documentation
- Return Authorization (RA) generation
- Record and file organization
- Service Plan generation
- Service Item tracking
- Service Assessment and/or Report creation
- Documenting service order opening and closing

**Skills and Competencies Required**
- High school diploma or equivalent (Essential)
- High attention to detail with ability to work quickly with high level of accuracy (Essential)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe products (Essential)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment and manage priorities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Mechanical and hydraulic knowledge/aptitude preferred, but not required
