We're seeking a Computer Technician to join our team We've been in business in the Kingston area for over 25 years. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, professionalism and highly skilled computer repairs and technical support. We service both business and residential customers.

Your duties would involve troubleshooting with clients over the phone using remote assistance tools, onsite computer support and maintenance, server and network troubleshooting and more.

**Requirements**:

- Personable and professional. Customer service experience a major asset.
- Good personality. Like working as part of a team.
- Experience troubleshooting computer hardware and software
- Networking skills (knowledge of routers, servers and various types of internet connections)
- Valid Ontario Driver's license

Assets
- Post-Secondary education in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience working at heights, running ethernet cable
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Windows Server Experience
- Active Directory knowledge(setting up domains, creating user accounts, permissions etc)
- CompTIA Network + Certification
- Experience in a similar role
- Sales experience

**Salary**: $16.55-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
