We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator who thrives on supporting, executing, and even conceptualizing innovative marketing initiatives. Focusing on Greenwin’s corporate and residential brands, this individual is passionate about marketing, communications, and all things digital. They are an energetic, analytical, and curious change-maker with strong organizational and planning skills, dedicated to propelling the company forward and making a significant impact on strategic initiatives.

Each day will bring new adventures and opportunities, from engaging with our online communities and driving marketing ROI to optimizing our lead-to-lease experience and expanding our digital footprint. This role leverages existing customer engagement tools to enhance our marketing strategies and overall brand presence

**What You’ll Get to Do**:
**Digital Marketing**:

- Support all digital marketing activities, including branding, corporate website management, microsites, and digital tools like WordPress, Survey Monkey, Mailchimp and Adobe Suite.
- Assist in planning and implementing paid advertising and social media campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and Leasing Manager.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights to optimize strategies.

**Content Creation**:

- Create and maintain non-digital marketing materials including floor plans, property signage, posters, notices, and direct mail collateral.
- Coordinate changes to marketing materials with relevant stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy.

**Community and Social Media Engagement**:

- Collaborate with the social media team to manage and grow Greenwin’s social media presence.
- Engage with online communities to enhance customer service initiatives and build brand loyalty.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Research, compile, analyze, and consolidate data from various databases for internal and external partners.
- Provide actionable insights from data analysis to support strategic marketing decisions.

**Event Planning and Support**:

- Support the Marketing and site teams in the planning and execution of events, including regional activations and launch parties.
- Manage logistics and ensure successful event delivery.

**Who You Are**:
**Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM/PPC and social media management.
- Proven track record of working on multi-channel marketing campaigns and collaborating with agencies.

**Skills**:

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as WordPress, Survey Monkey, Mailchimp and Adobe Suite.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills for creating compelling content.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and adhering to deadlines.
