The Technical Project Coordinator directs/manages high performance execution teams for rotating equipment overhaul, repair and maintenance while providing support to the following business units:

- Field Services/Operations (Core Focus)
- Quality
- HSE
- Field Service Sales
- Field Service Administration

While not limited to the above, the Field Services Project Coordinator is also responsible for an integral role in pre job readiness, ongoing project execution and post scope service. **Detailed Job Description**

The purpose of this role is to provide operational support to our Millwrights & field teams for installation, maintenance and overhaul of on-site critical rotating equipment. The Field Services Project Coordinator will oversee maintenance field activities (both preventative and remedial) as well as project manage both external and internal projects. The Field Services Project Coordinator will represent Blackstone as a support specialist as it applies to field service. This role is essential due to the specialized nature of the equipment, which demands a high level of active management and professionalism. The Field Services Project Coordinator, along with the Field Service Manager, is responsible for executional oversight and direction of inspection, installation, overhaul, and field service of specialized equipment in the oil and gas industry. The Field Services Project Coordinator ensures that time-sensitive, high-value projects are executed safely, to specification, and in an efficient manner that upholds the standards of Blackstone Industrial Services, the specifications of the equipment and manufacturer, and the needs of the client. Duties and responsibilities include:

- Mobilize and manage skilled execution teams. This function incudes, but is not limited to:

- Ensuring workforce competency for overhaul of applicable machinery.
- Mobilize crews with both speed and efficiency, ensuring the following:

- Proper job execution readiness (tooling + consumables specific to the work scope)
- Possession of administrative resources (computer, internet hubs, timesheet/LEM requirements, Quality documentation, HSE documentation, scope specific resources/drawings/work packages)
- The completion of internal processes (job filing, equipment log, rate sheets, billing requirements
- Assigning access, training and certification requirements while managing the completion of such.
- Managing both contractor and employee lodging and transportation.
- Develop operational procedures and improve on existing practices to provide clients with the highest level of responsiveness and vendor confidence.
- Develop project plans and schedules based solely on project scope and with minimum direction and input.
- Providing technical service to clients of Blackstone Industrial Services
- Assist the Field Service Manager with internal reporting, future resource loading/planning, ROI (return on investment) capital projects, and both internal stakeholder and external client presentations/demonstrations.
