**Job Overview**
50% of the role is to ensure overall client satisfaction as prerequisite for further successful business development and 50% of the role is to secure and grow our base business revenue.

**Essential Functions**
- Under some guidance, coordinates IQVIA sales, consulting, service and business line activity to ensure that client needs are met by following an account plan to achieve IQVIA budget and client satisfaction targets.
- Client Service
- Represents IQVIA to the client and the client to IQVIA in all service and sales related activity
- Manages basic to complex (approximately 3 to 5) accounts
- Builds client relationships across the client organization, from Business Insiders to Senior Executives
- Resolves 1st line service issues, and coordinates 2nd line support issues with the service teams
- Ensures thorough service reviews and transaction surveys that service agreements, contract specifications, and product deliverables meet clients’ specifications, including timeliness and quality
- Sales
- Secures renewal contracts
- Develops a tactical and strategic understanding of the client’s business issues, and recommends a compelling solution using appropriate IQVIA products and services
- Coordinates business development and service activity with the Account Director, Sales, Consulting and Service Specialists to validate opportunities to achieve account plan, revenue and client satisfaction targets
- Under some guidance, develops strategy for expanding scope of existing contracts and identifying new business and win back opportunities

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Two (2) to five (5) years relevant sales or account management experience and/or solution sales management experience (preferred)
- Widespread knowledge of IQVIA offerings, client account management, IQVIA information solutions/consulting services portfolio, and the pharmaceutical industry

**Vue d’ensemble du poste**

**Responsabilités essentielles**
Sous certaines directives, coordonne les activités de vente, de conseil, de services et de secteur d’activité d’IQVIA pour garantir que les besoins des clients sont satisfaits en suivant un plan de compte visant à atteindre les objectifs de budget et de satisfaction des clients d’IQVIA.

**Service client**:

- Représente IQVIA auprès du client et le client auprès d’IQVIA dans toutes les activités liées aux services et aux ventes
- Gère les comptes, allant de basiques à complexes (environ 3 à 5)
- Établit des relations avec les clients au sein de l’organisation cliente, des sources internes aux cadres supérieurs
- Résout les problèmes de service de 1re ligne et coordonne les problèmes de support de 2de ligne avec les équipes de services
- Assure des examens approfondis des services et des enquêtes sur les transactions afin que les accords de service, les spécifications des contrats et les livrables des produits répondent aux spécifications des clients, y compris en termes de rapidité et de qualité.

**Ventes**:

- Sécurise les contrats de renouvellement
- Développe une compréhension tactique et stratégique des problèmes commerciaux du client et recommande une solution convaincante en utilisant les produits et services IQVIA appropriés.
- Coordonne le développement commercial et les activités de service avec le directeur de compte, les spécialistes des ventes, du conseil et des services pour valider les opportunités d’atteindre les objectifs de plan de compte, de revenus et de satisfaction client.
- Sous certaines directives, développe une stratégie pour élargir la portée des contrats existants et identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et de reconquête.

**Diplômes et expérience requise**
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent requis
- Deux (2) à cinq (5) années d’expérience pertinente en vente ou en gesti
