**Your role**
- Respond to and contact clients with delinquent files
- Advise clients and help them correct the risk situation
- Offer customized solutions to address their requests
- Listen to clients’ needs and resolve often complex situations
- Ensure individual and group accountability for the sector’s results
- Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules

**Your work schedule**

The High-Risk Loan Management Unit is open Monday to Thursday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (Working hours until 6pm - 2 days a week). We offer a full-time work schedule of 37.5 hours per week.

**Your training and career development**

You’ll begin with on-the-job training followed by specialized online continuous training. During this period, you’ll become acquainted with your colleagues, learn about your role, our products and technologies, and better understand how your role can evolve.

**Required competencies**
- College diploma (DEC) or equivalent
- Customer service experience, inclusive attitude and openness to diversity
- Positive attitude and strong empathy for clients
- Our positions require French/English bilingualism, as the sector serves French and English speaking clients.
- Obtain your Mutual fund representative (MFR) licence - You will have 6 weeks to obtain your mutual fund representative (MFR) licence and will be fully reimbursed when you complete it.
