**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce our window cleaning services and generate leads.
- Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and build relationships to facilitate sales opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and present customized solutions.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in the window cleaning industry or a related field.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to lead generation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the window cleaning industry and an understanding of the services offered.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Commission, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.56-$19.47 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
