**Commencing**: April 17, 2023 until Jun 30, 2023

primary teaching experience;
strong classroom management skills;
the ability and energy to work with multi-age groups and meet the needs of students with a range of learning styles and abilities using a variety of teaching strategies;
ability to embed local Indigenous culture and ways of knowing into teaching practices;
the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a team oriented approach to teaching and learning;
strong interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills to communicate with students, staff and parents;
strong formative assessment practices;
ability to communicate student learning through the use of digital portfolio assessment and three way conferencing;
experience with RTI (Response to Intervention) systems;
ability to integrate technology to enhance student learning;
strong interest in innovation and inquiry;
ability to embed local Indigenous culture and ways of knowing into teaching practices.
