**Who You'll Work With**

We are currently looking for a highly talented and self-driven “Medical Receptionist/Admin Assistant” to join our growing team of highly dedicated administrative healthcare professionals to work with our D&D Disability Management division at our head office in Vaughan, ON.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Monitor “Awaiting Medical Documents” queue in IME Centric to ensure file documents are received on time
- Upload & Save Medical Documents received electronically to the Server (“X” Drive)
- Photocopy/Scan, save and organize hard copy documents to the server (“X” Drive)
- Create File Document Lists for Auto and LTD files
- Send Medical Documents to Assessors electronically through Secure Docs, via Courier, Fax, and/or Encrypted USB
- Prepare courier packages with meds and arrange for pick up; handle incoming courier packages

For Assessments at D&D office:

- Clean/sanitize assessment rooms between assessments
- Greet claimants/assessors/interpreters, etc.
- Have claimants and assessors complete COVID questionnaire and consent for assessment
- Document Show/No Shows
- Act as Chaperone, where necessary
- Call for transportation pick-up for claimants following assessment
- Assist assessors with photocopying, scanning, etc. as necessary
- Answer main phone line; deal directly with inquiries or redirect calls as necessary
- Make reminder calls to claimants for in person assessments; conduct COVID questionnaire screening
- Confirm all Transportation and Interpreting/Chaperone referrals
- Request/Follow up on Signed Consent Forms for all in person assessments
- Request assessor notes/files on med legal cases
- Receive/process faxes, consent forms, LAT forms
- Confirm Show/No Show for all in person assessments
- Submit No Show and Cancellation letters to insurer

**What You Need to Be Successful**
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)
- Able to work long hours seated, using office equipment and computers
