What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the Senior Director, Planning, Reporting and Systems, Enterprise Project Office (EPO), you will be joining the EPO as Analyst for CIBC's Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management system (Planview) and related processes. You will act as the single point of contact for CIBC's project management community for tracking, resolving, and following up on requests for information received by the EPO. You will also accountable for monthly and ad hoc processes related to project portfolio planning and reporting and data organization.

How you will succeed- Client-Focused - Resolve requests/inquiries, including access/grants management, to the mailbox(es). Develop strong relationships with partners to satisfy and improve the overall partner experience.- System Savvy - Supporting ongoing administration of Planview, CIBC’s enterprise project and portfolio management (EPPM) solution and associated business processes- Detail Oriented - Clear and concise responses to inquiries/escalations; complete investigations; data organization- Business Case Support - transpose and organize information from approved business cases and set them up in the EPPM system- Project Portfolio Financials - Track and reconcile portfolio financials, ensure resolution of anomalies, update and reconcile latest estimates, and make escalating recommendations as appropriate- Multi-Tasker - experienced with multi-tasking and working in fast-paced, often-changing environment. Experience working in a team where processes and procedures are changing and updating- Knowledge of EPPM Products - Providing support for Planview suite of products (Portfolios, ProjectPlace, AgilePlace, etc.) to the enterprise project management and delivery community
