Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Supervise all restaurant activities and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Recruit, train, and manage staff, including conducting interviews and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Implement strategies to meet revenue targets and control operational costs

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in restaurant management
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Understanding of hospitality principles to deliver exceptional customer service

Pay: $28.50 per hour

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
