Job Summary:

Duties:

  • Supervise all restaurant activities and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff, including conducting interviews and performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
  • Implement strategies to meet revenue targets and control operational costs

Skills:

  • Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in restaurant management
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Understanding of hospitality principles to deliver exceptional customer service

Pay:
$28.50 per hour

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (required)

Experience:

  • Hospitality: 1 year (required)
