**Office Administrative Assistant**

**30 Hours, Permanent**

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of direct work experience in a receptionist / office administration capacity.
- High school diploma or GED, or an acceptable combination of education and experience
- Strong knowledge of general office procedures.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail
- Able to write simple correspondence
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail standards
- Able to maintain filing systems and basic databases.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous records maintenance skills.
- Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team.
- Strong customer service orientation.

**Tasks include**
- Determine and establish office procedure and routines
- Inventory Management
- Prepare and Maintain employees schedules
- Prepare job postings and on boarding of new employees
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Assist with payroll and employee benefits
- Weekly data entry, and maintain Accounts Receivable and Payables
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Social Media Posts
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory

Schedule : Monday to Friday
