We are looking for a responsible Administration Assistant to join our exciting team. We are looking for the right individual to provide support our fast-paced working environment and assist in area such as:
The Administrative Assistant will provide support to our employees and managers, assist in daily office needs and provide exceptional customer support to our clients.
- Answer and direct phone calls;
- Organize and schedule appointments;
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes;
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, billings and payments;
- Reconcile Vendor Invoices;
- Develop and maintain a filing system;
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures;
- Provide Support to Administration Manager;
- Other duties as required.

**Key Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant;
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines;
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular);
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work;
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
- Post-Secondary degree or diploma or relative experience in administration will be considered a plus.

**Salary**: $23.00-$24.00 per hour
