In this role, you will take on a leadership position, overseeing a variety of tasks related to grass maintenance, and general landscaping duties. **Responsibilities**:
Lead a team of landscapers in the maintenance of grass areas on commercial properties.

Drive truck and trailer to transport equipment, materials, and crew to job sites safely and efficiently.

Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing tasks to maintain grass areas to the highest standards.

Supervise and participate in gardening activities, including planting, mulching, and weeding.

Ensure proper care and maintenance of landscaping equipment, including routine inspections.

Uphold safety standards and procedures at all times, promoting a culture of safety within the team.

Train and mentor crew members to enhance their skills and productivity.

Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders to address any concerns or questions.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in landscaping, with a focus on grass maintenance.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Experience driving trucks and trailers, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Proficiency in mowing, trimming, blowing, and general gardening techniques.

Knowledge of landscaping equipment operation and maintenance.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Commercial Property Maintenance: 3 years (required)

- Class G Licence (required)
