**What's the job?**What you'll get to do**:
- Actively assists the Marketing Technology team with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Data Management. This includes data segmentation, cleansing, and enrichment to support targeted marketing efforts and enhanced customer segmentation strategies.
- Employs data-driven approaches to report on campaign performance, leveraging insights to optimize strategy, design, and verbiage of future initiatives for maximum impact.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of marketing technology tools that contribute to delivering cohesive and personalized member experiences.
- Stays ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to enhance Coast's marketing technology stack for improved performance and member satisfaction, and assists in managing our Marketing Technology roadmap.
- Maintains targeted activity calendar and member communications hub with current information on deployment dates, communicating updates to stakeholders at weekly status calls.
**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Businesses or related fields.
- 4 - 6 years experience with a minimum of 2 years experience within a large company's marketing department or within a Marketing agency.
- Demonstrated experience in Salesforce CRM & Salesforce Marketing Cloud utilization
- Sound knowledge of the financial services industry
- Strong computer skills with highly advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong Project Management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Possesses strong financial acumen
- Passion for Marketing Technology and a demonstrable willingness to learn and grow as technology and business needs evolve.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
- Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently
